Overview
The terms “we”, “us”, “our," "Wait, Watch Her"®, "The Birthing Room" ™, Packing Light, Getting Free™," and “JustaLilBit” refers to Jamila D. Hunter, also known as "Coach Mi". The term the “Site” refers to justalilbit.org and all sites and programming connected with Jamila D. Hunter. The terms “user,” "participants", “you”, and “your” refers to site visitors, customers and any other users of the site.
JustaLilBit, LLC (JALB) is an intergenerational relationship building organization committed to the growth and preservation of community. Operating under the principles of Compassion, Communication, and Crazy Faith, we seek to transform dominant narratives surrounding Black mothers, fathers, daughters, and sons of biological and fictive kinship. JustaLilBit, LLC is also a site where users may purchase personal coaching packages and other intergenerational relationship building services.
Use of www.justalilbit.org, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by JustaLilBit (JALB) and Jamila D. Hunter (JDH), is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all site visitors, customers, clients, course participants, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Services and/or ordering products from the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.
Account Creation
In order to use our services, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to JDH will always be accurate, correct and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own.
Lawful Purposes
You may use the Site and Service for lawful purposes only. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only.
You shall not post or transmit through the Site any material which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, contains injurious formulas, recipes, or instructions, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.
Confidentiality
Participants acknowledge and agree that all information disclosed, presented, distributed, or otherwise communicated from JustaLilBit, LLC and all programming, including but not limited to, coaching services, Packing Light, Getting Free (PLGF) and Wait, Watch Her® (WWH) are the sole “Intellectual Property” of Jamila D. Hunter (JDH). Said Intellectual Property of JDH may include, but is not limited to: prototypes, samples, technical data, trade secrets, knowhow, actual and anticipated research, developments or products, product plans, services, software, inventions, processes, discoveries, formulas, architectures, concepts, ideas, designs, drawing, personnel, customers, markets, marketing plans, distribution methods, financial information, sales or programming matter, compositions, drawings, diagrams, computer programs, studies, work in process, visual demonstration, lesson plans, curriculum and other data, or information, whether oral, written, graphic or in electronic form.
Participants agree to use Jamila D. Hunter's Intellectual Property solely for the purposes, tasks and goals associated with and/or set forth by the projects, assignments, and presentations, etc. as included in coaching services, WWH/PLGF, and other programming. Participants shall not export, reexport or otherwise transmit, directly or indirectly, any Intellectual Property, or the direct product of said Intellectual Property, except with the express written approvals or permission of JDH.
Participants acknowledge and agree that all Intellectual Property, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, remains the sole property of JDH and no license or other rights in the Intellectual Property are granted hereby, expressly, or otherwise, because of participation in any JALB programming without the express written consent of Jamila D. Hunter.
Participants hereby acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure or use of said Intellectual Property could cause irreparable harm and significant injury, which may be difficult to ascertain. Accordingly, the Participants agree that JDH shall have the right to seek and obtain immediate and injunctive relief from breaches of this agreement, in addition to any other rights and remedies JDH may have.
Lawful Purposes
You may use the Site and Service for lawful purposes only. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Changed Terms
We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions.
Termination of Services
The conditions of these Terms and Conditions shall be in effect until the JDH has fully rendered all services. However, in the unfortunate circumstance that either Party would like to terminate Services, they will have the option of doing within 30 days and by providing written notification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participants shall not be relieved of any obligations to pay fees due to JustaLilBit, LLC solely because of the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy
Refunds are Solely for payments rendered in Full at time of signing. Participants will be permitted a 25% refund of the cost paid within the first 7 days of payment.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JustaLilBit, LLC be liable to client for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this agreement.
General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions sets forth the entire understanding of the parties regarding confidentiality. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. These Terms shall be construed under the laws of the State of Virginia and shall not be assignable by either party. Neither party may delegate its duties under these Terms without the prior written consent of the other party. The confidentiality provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect at all times. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining portions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect and construed so as to best effectuate the original intent and purpose of this agreement.
Jamila D. Hunter shall not be held responsible and Participants agrees to hold JDH harmless with respect to any adverse event or other consequences, including but not limited to financial, personal, employment or other losses, arising out of decisions or actions the Participant may make because of the services provided by JDH.
